The vote will open just after the match (Wednesday, 9.30 pm). Anyone who wants to play next week should vote by Wednesday, 11.59 pm. If there are more than 20 players, the committee will publish a 20-player list by Thursday, 5.00 pm. Others who voted before the deadline (if applicable; 21st players onward) will be in the rotational list. It does not matter who voted first as long as they expressed their interest within the deadline. Anyone voting after the deadline will not be included in the main list.
The payment deadline for included players (published by the committee, not in waiting list or not in rotational list) is Friday, 5 pm.
If any payment from any of the included players is not received by Friday, 5 pm, the committee will decide the players for those spots.
If anyone drops after payment at any time for any reason, his fee will only carry over if we have 20 players AND a replacement is found. Fees are forfeited on three occasions: i) no replacement is found, and ii) even if a replacement is found, but we do not fill 20 players. iii) If anyone drops after 4 pm on the game day, his fees are forfeited even if a replacement is found.
