Step-1:
- Write the team’s captain’s name.
- Write the Batters’ name. Only type the batter’s name as shown in the video.
Step 2:
Type bowler’s name.
Step 3:
Type relevant run or out. For ease, when you select a cell, that cell and the corresponding batter are highlighted.
Example: You don’t need to count ball.
Balls are automatically calculated when you type runs, out or dot balls.
However, ensure you type “0” for the dot ball.
Example: you don’t need to count bowler’s over.
- When a bowler bowls his 2nd over, the cell is highlighted green.
- When a bowler bowls his 3rd over, the cell next to the bowler turns red.
A few tips:
- Make sure to save the file occasionally by pressing CTRL+ S.
- FOllow out lables printed on laptop.
- Any out that a bowler does not deserve should be ROUT (example runout, obstructing the field, Mankad ).
- Out as a result of three consecutive dot ball is BoldOUT.
- A batter was runout on No ball, write NBOUT.
- A batter was stumped out wide ball, write WOUT.
